Raw materials are mixed and calendered into base sheets (1.5-10mm thick). Layers (base, decorative film, wear layer) are then heat-pressed without glue, forming durable, eco-friendly flooring planks with precise thickness control (±0.1mm).

3、UV Coating

Pass the primary sheet through a coating device such as a UV roll coater to coat the surface of the wear-resistant layer with a UV layer.

4、Splitting and slotting

Slice the formed sheet into the required specifications with automatic equipment, and lock products are made with special slotting equipment.

5、quality inspection and packaging

After verifying the locking systems, scratch resistance, and structural integrity of the flooring, automated packaging equipment efficiently bundles the finished products for shipment, ensuring both speed and protection.
